SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed with Sacred Soul require 5 business days for processing before shipment. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Sacred Soul is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. International orders may incur customs fees, taxes, or import charges, which are the customer’s responsibility. All shipping fees are non‑refundable.
